Facility Rental - A4 Ranch at Southwestern Academy

The historic A4 Ranch is available for facility rental twelve months of the year. Please use the form below to make an inquiry about your event.

Three bunkhouses totaling 92 beds, expanding to four bunkhouses for a total of 120 beds in 2027
Bunkhouse rooms are predominantly six beds per bathroom
Four private cabins which accommodate up to a total of 20 staff
Rimrock Room (suitable for dining and gatherings up to 140 people)
Hogan Conference/ Activity Room (suitable for groups up to 45 people)
Indoor Heated Pool (temperature maintained at 80 F)
Gymnasium (climbing wall, weight training equipment, carpeted surface)
All meeting and sleeping spaces are climate controlled (A/C and heat)
Starlight Canyon Room (Billiards, ping-pong, large television)
Full use kitchen, walk-in refrigerator, industrial freezers
Half mile of Beaver Creek frontage
Direct access to National Forest trails
Horseback Riding available upon request
